These Terms & Conditions govern your use of europantry.co.uk and any purchase you make from EuroPantry. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
2. The Contract
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase products. We accept your offer when we send you an order confirmation email. The contract is formed at that point.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is required in full before dispatch.
4. Delivery
We aim to deliver within the timeframes shown on our Delivery page. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery.
5. Returns & Cancellations
You have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Perishable items cannot be returned unless faulty. See our Returns Policy for full details.
6. Age Verification
Some products (including alcohol) are restricted to customers aged 18 and over. By purchasing these products, you confirm you are 18 or over.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability to you shall not exceed the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
