Where do you deliver?
We deliver anywhere in the United Kingdom — England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not currently ship outside the UK.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is priced by the weight of your order:
London & local (postcodes starting E, EC, N, NW, SE, SW, W, WC, RM, IG, EN, SS) — £10
Anywhere in the UK up to 20kg — £20
Up to 30kg — £30
Up to 40kg — £40

Is there a minimum order?
Yes — £50 of products for delivery. Delivery is added on top, so a £50 order with London delivery comes to £60 at checkout. There is no minimum for store collection.
Can I collect my order from the shop?
Yes, and collection is completely free with no minimum order. Choose “Pick up” at checkout and we will let you know when your order is ready.

How long does delivery take?
UK delivery typically arrives within 3–5 working days. To check on an order, use the chat on any page or message us on WhatsApp.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
All major debit and credit cards through our secure checkout. Your card statement will show EUROPANTRY.
Is it safe to pay on your site?
Yes. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments. We never see or store your card details.
Our Products
Are your products authentic?
Yes. We stock genuine Romanian and Eastern European brands — the same products you would find back home, sourced from established suppliers. You can browse by brand to find the names you know.
What if something I want isn’t on the site?
We carry over 3,500 products, but if you cannot find something, message us on WhatsApp — we can often source specific items on request.
Help, Language & Wholesale
Can I ask a question without phoning or emailing?
Yes — there is a chat button on every page of our site. Ask anything about products, delivery, your order, or anything else about EuroPantry, and you will get instant answers to common questions. If something needs a personal reply, we will come back to you as soon as we can. You can also reach us any time on WhatsApp.
Can I shop in Romanian?
Yes. Use the language selector at the top of the page to switch between English and Română — the whole shop, including product names and checkout, changes language.
Do you supply shops, restaurants or businesses?
Yes. We offer wholesale pricing for trade customers. See our Wholesale page or message us on WhatsApp to discuss your requirements.

Do you provide allergen information?
Our products are packaged by their original manufacturers, and the full ingredient and allergen information is printed on each package. Because recipes and packaging change from time to time, the label on the product you receive is always the most accurate source.
If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we will check the current packaging of any item for you. For severe allergies we recommend contacting us first rather than relying on the description on this website.

What are your opening hours?
We are open 8am to 7pm, Monday to Sunday — seven days a week.
Collection orders can be picked up any time during opening hours from 10 St John Way, Stanford-le-Hope, Essex SS17 7LJ. We will let you know when your order is ready.
