Your Right to Cancel

 

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

 

To cancel, contact us at shop@europantry.co.uk or via WhatsApp within 14 days of delivery. You must return the items within a further 14 days of notifying us.

 

Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or misdescribed:

 

  • Perishable food items (fresh meat, dairy, fish, bread, pastries)
  • - Items that have been opened or consumed
  • - Alcohol (unless faulty)
  • - Products with a short shelf life

Faulty or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are made to the original payment method. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

 

Return Shipping

 

For non-faulty returns, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service.
