Order Cut-Off Times
Orders placed before 12:00 pm (noon) Monday to Friday are processed the same day. Orders placed after noon, or on weekends and bank holidays, are processed the next working day. We dispatch from our warehouse in Stanford-le-Hope, Essex and aim to get every order out as quickly as possible.
Our Delivery Partner
We work with trusted UK carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. All deliveries are tracked end-to-end, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel in real time. If you have an EuroPantry account, you can also track your orders directly from your account dashboard. If you have any questions about your delivery, our team is always happy to help.
Packaging
All products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We pay special attention to fragile items such as glass jars, bottles, and ceramic products, which are individually wrapped and protected. Temperature-sensitive items are packed with appropriate insulation materials. If for any reason your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos and we will resolve it promptly.
International Delivery
We are actively expanding our delivery network to serve Romanian and Eastern European communities across Europe. If you are based outside the United Kingdom and would like to place an order, please contact us at shop@europantry.co.uk — we will do our very best to accommodate your request and provide a delivery quote.
